By commissioning me, you agree to all terms below, as well as to NOT file a paypal dispute or chargeback.

Additionally, I hold the right to refuse any commission that may make me uncomfortable

As a client, you may ask to keep your identity private from the public if you so wish.

Payment will be upfront ( VGEN, Paypal and Ko-Fi only )

Updates will be sent frequently/ after a process is done ( ie. finished lineart -> update sent )

During updates: Please make sure to ask for changes as you see fit. Asking for a major change once the inking/shading process has started will result in being charged extra.

Completion can take up to 1.5 months, depending on schedule

RUSH ORDERS: orders with a tight deadline will be charged extra ( +10% of total price - 1 month deadline; + 25% - less than 2 weeks; +50% - less than a week )

You may ask for a full refund before I start working on the commission.

You may ask for a partial refund before the coloring/lineart process. (75% refund)

If I am unable to complete a commission, I will issue a full refund.

By default, a commission is for your own OR a friend's personal use.

You must inform me beforehand if a commission will be of commercial use. ( specify what you will be using it for ) Additionally, you may be charged extra for commercial usage rights.

Whether it be of personal or commercial use, you must credit me for the art. Under no circumstances are you allowed to claim the art as your own.

I still hold the right to the art and may use it in portfolios or as a means to promote future commissions unless an NDA is signed.

The commission CANNOT and will NOT be sold/minted as an NFT under any circumstances. Furthermore, you will not train AI using my artwork, commissioned or personal.
